Ndola Nutrition Organization (NNO) is the leading humanitarian organizations dedicated to fighting poverty, HIV/AIDS, food insecurity, clean water deficiency and social injustice in Zambia. The organisation place special emphasis on investing in children, women and girls because our field of experience shows that their empowerment benefits whole communities.
Our more than 24 years of community-based interventions show that when you empower a girl or a woman, she becomes a catalyst for positive change.
Since inception; NNO has worked in 21 Zambian communities of Ndola and Luanshya Districts to reach more than 23,900 pregnant women, 22,100 infants, 9,800 malnourished children, 35,900 vulnerable households and slightly over 210,800 indirect beneficiaries with 21 lifesaving and poverty-fighting programs, including maternal and child health, Prevention of Mother to Child transmission of HIV and Early Infant Diagnosis, food and clean water, livelihoods skills and Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights and more.

We dedicate our time, effort and energy to improve nutrition, health and Wellbeing of underserved populations in Zambia, primarily in the Copperbelt Province.
The bicycles helps the vulnerable to sell their produce to neaby towns as well as helping them go to far schools. This way, their livelihoods improves
With our livestock program, vulnerable youths and women become self-reliant and their household income increases.
We support vulnerable communities with quality water by sinking boreholes in commuties where clean water is a huge challenge

Halumba Munachonga
Executive Director
With over 20 years in leadership and organization development, he guides the organization's strategic direction, focusing on skills, innovation and talent development. He holds a Honors and Bachelors Degree in Consumer Science from the University of South Africa and a certificate nutrition security from Wageningen University, NL.
Brian Kasima
Partnership and entrepreneurship mentor
Brian is a social entrepreneur and business consultant. He covers business projects, partnerships and livelihood mentorship programs. He Holds A Business Administration Degree From The University Of South Africa. He Has Both Worked And Volunteered With The Organization Since 2012.
Sarah Chitalu
Finance Officer, Accoutant
Sarah is a hardworking, resourceful and ambitious economist with extensive understanding of economic theory and it's implications. She brings to the organization resource mobilization expertise and financial prudence. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the Copperbelt University.
Martin Kayange
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer
He ensures quality R&D and data collection, projects design, coordination of organisations’ activities and implementation of monitoring, evaluation and learning framework. He holds a Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation with Impact Research Zambia. He’s also a final year student of Business Administration at The Information and Communications University.
Monde Mashebe Muyenga
HIV/AIDS Specialist
Monde believes strongly that awareness raising, adolescent engagement and advocacy will reduce HIV/AIDS infections and reinfections particularly among adolescents. Holds a diploma in guidance and counselling from the University of Zambia, Psychosocial HIV/AIDS counselling from Chainama College of Health sciences, Leadership and Enterprise from Cambridge University.
